24 hour check in was great. Not very clean and the shelves in the bathroom was very dusty, it was a twin room. Duvets on the beds are very thin, I asked for an extra one, but all they had was sheets. The buffet style breakfast, was cold & flies were landing on the bread. Price was really good £125, but my friend and i was there less that 24 hours. We requested a local taxi to go to a festival at The National Bowl. Turns out it was a black cab and by the time we noticed the fare of £65, we asked to get out, (even though, we was still around 20 minutes away from our destination), it would of eventually cost us well over £100. We jumped out and rang an uber, from a local Harvester, which cost £17.
There was one young staff member called Henry, who went out of his way to get us hot water so we could have a cuppa before leaving. When the front deck tried to say, we was not allowed.
Don't think i would stay there again. Our room was facing the bins outside. Not a nice view at all.
This hotel was tucked away, quite in a lovely setting
