The check in was fast. She gave us in a 2nd floor a room. When we open the door the smell was awful. We tried to open the window but it was locked. At night when we went to bed, the sheets has big stains. We got up as soon as we could and left. Never again in there.

Could be a nice place but then again for the rate I would say it’s what you pay for. People are smoking…. Our floor smells like cigarette smoke. Bed/bedfing comfortable

Poor Customer Service
The clerk did not welcome us. He could not find our reservation on the computer. He did not give us eye contact while talking to us. Our room had pubic hair in the toilet. The toilet did not flush. The chain fell off two times in our overnight stay. The "free" breakfast was minimal. There was no salt or pepper available. We were eating in the dining room when the attendant came in turned off the lights and began to stack chairs. We asked if he would like us to move to the dining room and he replied, yes. We moved to finish our coffees. He came into clean the two tables. As he cleaned the one, he turned and looked at us with a cloth and spray bottle in hand. My husband asked, "Would you like to clean this one?". He replied, "You can go to the lobby". I have never experienced such poor customer service in a hotel.
