I HATED IT THERE! THEY HAD BED BUGS IN THE FIRST ROOM THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND IT HAD BUGS TOO!!! WHEN I TRIED TO CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER GETTING THERE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND!! I PAID $250!!!!!! THE GUY “NICK G” AT THE FRONT WAS HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!! DO NOT BOOK RED ROOF!!!!!

Total dump. Small cramped room, difficult for two people to move around at the same time. Ancient bathroom fan was absurdly loud and rattling, automatically came on with the light, interfered with sleep.

This is not my first time staying at this property. As a matter of fact, because of my experience during my previous trip to the area, I chose to return. I'm questioning that choice. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, so I did not show up until 3:15 pm. When I went to the room that I was given, I discovered that it was not ready. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest; the bed had not been made, the trash had not been emptied, there were no clean linens, etc. The front desk IMMEDIATELY gave me another room, but the phone in THAT room was not functioning - no dial tone, unable to call the front desk. This room did not have an iron and ironing board. When I asked about having one delivered to the room (I had to call from my cell phone), I was advised that the ironing board and iron were not featured in the room, and there were none available on the property. The staff I encountered were very polite, professional, and courteous, but the rooms were lacking, to the point of me considering another property the next time I am back in the area.

I had a flat tire, my car was towed to the nearby AAA, it was late at night and I was exhausted. There was no entrance to the hotel road because they were doing road construction and I had to find a way to get there following the fence of the strip mall. It was dark and felt dangerous. The desk man was short and rude, and the room was sad and rundown.
