The surrounding area looks run down, and the actual building has no sign on front so you kind of assume it is greenstay. Inside property looks nice, room is clean.

The hallway and room smelled terrible and you could hear all kinds of noises from outside the room. The shower leaked constantly. Worst of all, there were BED BUGS. Service at the front desk was good- staff was nice and they were quick with issuing a refund when we left.

All of the staff I encountered were super friendly. The hotel was very clean. Struggled with sleep because mattresses are very firm and bright parking lot lights that came through gaps where curtains would not close. But their pricing is great and I will stay there again.

Spartan and dingy
Fairly dated. Perhaps not dirty but spartan and dingy. The furniture the breakfast area was frail and plastic. The complimentary breakfast was sparse at best. Not that gourmet foods were expected but doing apples to apples comparison to most of the hotels just within this hotel’s immediate vicinity (which I’ve stayed at many of them for business in town) this breakfast isn’t worth the time. Just go to the McDonalds which is right there.

Absolutely worth the price
We arrived at the hotel super late and we were mainly seeking a comfortable place to rest before heading out on our cross-country journey. We did find comfort here, and the most vital piece of our stay was the amiability of the staff. They were all extremely kind and helpful, especially considering our very late arrival. These accommodations were definitely worth the price!

We really like this hotel! We get the suite for more room for 4 people and its affordable compared to other hotel suites and just as nice or even nicer! Great amenities! Our cable wasnt working on the living area TV and the lady at the front desk immediately came up to try and fix it. When she couldn't the maintenance man came up and had it fixed it 5 minutes. Very nice staff. Our only complaint was that the shower had only luke warm water, never got hot. The sinks did have hot water. I told the front desk when I checked out and she said they would address it. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Everything was ok. We had a dead spider in our sink which was a little concerning. The curtains were stained and dirty I think they could use a good cleaning or maybe replaced. The beds were not very comfortable but that could just be my family. But for the most is was good quite stay.
