Staying there on Labor Day Weekend was a mistake. With "Pig Out in The Park"& a "Jelly Roll" concert checking in was a nightmare. I showed my Handicapped Placard in hopes we could at least unload our luggage at the hotels entrance, but we were told we would need to "self park" in their cavernous parking garage. There was a noted lack of handicap parking stalls so my wife & I had to make two LONG trips to our room with our luggage.It became obvious that the facility was not Traveler friendly when we discovered the lack of a Microwave or Mini-fridge. Our room was terrific & I did appreciate being upgraded to a fully accessible bathroom , walk-in shower & all. We took advantage of the $20 credit & had a very nice breakfast.

Beautiful property and loved that everything was walking distance. The only thing we would change is to choose self park over valet. It took half an hour to get our car back from the valet which made us late for our travel. Given the delay I would have expected them to waive the cost of the service.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, however this experience was sub standard. Specifically, housekeeping and subsequent requests to rectify the problems were ignored. We shouldn’t have to make four requests to supply room essentials…. Hard stop!

It was a great stay no complaints at all. Only suggestion if you do stay is get your vehicle with valet before check out because everyone else is checking out at 11 so call down 15-20 mins early before leaving.
