I just found Bed in my home, after much consideration, this holtel is where they had to have come from. I looked it up and people have reported bed bugs here. Ive never encountered bed bugs before and it was not something i ever thought about. Now im entrenched in a civil war for my own home against these vile, disgusting parasites. I havent slept in a week and a half. DONT STAY HERE! and if you do, or any hotel for that mstter. Check for bed bugs. I wish i would have. And will from now on

Reception was not ready even though we preregistered. Room was barely furnished. Woke up with bed bug bites. We changed rooms which was good. Tried to contact manager. She was not there. Gave me her card. I phoned two days later and she was away from her desk. I was told she would phone me. When she returned. No phone call. Her name Katie Kuznetsova. The hotel room itself was fine, I had three concerns when booking a room 1) continental breakfast 2) pool 3) enough beds for all of us. I thought I had found a motel with all 3 and it really only had 1 of those. The breakfast was pretty much nothing, they had things you could microwave. The pool was actually next door and that motel desperately needs upgrades. The staff was nice enough and nothing was dirty or too "old" looking but overall probably won't stay there again.

The rooms were awesome for the price and being RIGHT off the Freeway made it super easy to find .The pool was what made the stay what it was,almost perfect. The only hiccups were multiple encounters with an unprofessional employee. Cristiana was not only rude to me and my kids but tried to backtrack and justify her attitude. Trying to argue with a guest while swimming with their kids who you were just rude too isnt cool. Across the pool no less. She was on her phone and had a mean look on her face like she hated the fact she HAD to be there. We all apply for our jobs....you can gey another one. To everyone else on staff from the poor front desk person who was working with her on my check-in to the gentleman working housekeeping that gave me towels to shower at the last minute(we left them ;) dont worry) and last but not least the amazing lady who checked me out and knew exactly who i was talking about when I presented my issue. You all are awesome and amazing at your job. We will be back for sure....that pool was dope and the smoke free room was pleasant thank you all so much. See you soon :)

I have pictures of cockroaches in the room.The property is disgustingly filthy.We were there one evening and I demanded our money back.And we left to a different facility.We were in town for a concert.And this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

The facilities and the room were dirty. The staff are doing their best with the equipment and supplies to keep the facilities as clean as they can. The breakfast was shocking, they have a toaster but no bread or bread products. There were only packaged pastry and eggs/egg products which have to be microwaved. There was NO milk for the oatmeal as there were no other choices for cereal. That was a total disgrace as compared to other Super 8 facilities. The only good point was that Denny’s was across the parking lot.
