We stayed at this property for 3 nights, when we arrived check in was quick. We were on the 3rd floor closer to the train tracks. Our room was overall clean, the vent in the bathroom does need cleaning as it was thick of dust so barely any airflow.
There is a train that goes by but we were out most of the day and we both slept fine. It might be an issue if you are a light sleeper. They do not clean room daily so if you run out of anything you will need to contact the front desk.
The area is close to parks, shops, great restaurants all within walking distance. There are homeless people around but they kept to themselves, didn’t feel uncomfortable and actually bought a young man breakfast, most of the homeless are just hungry. This may be an issue for some people but it wasn’t for us, homelessness happens everywhere!
The breakfast is subpar at best. The first day we went and there were no breakfast sandwiches, a couple of muffins, a few yogurts and a couple cereal bowls. There were no spoons, so I had to go ask the front desk. The next morning, there was no milk, my hubby asked and they had apparently run out. The third day we got our own breakfast off property.
Overall it wasn’t bad for the price, it served us well on our little get away.
