Excellent remodel.
The property has been remodeled with care. We truly enjoyed the house. As of now, there is a bit of a draft that makes it hard for the furnace to keep up in the cold weather, but it should be fine in warmer months.

Perfect for us!
On an extremely hot day, we were welcomed by a cool, spotless house and fresh flowers. For a girls’ shopping trip, it was just perfect for us. We certainly hope to stay again.

Convenient location for activities
This was a quick family trip to hit Silverwood and do some river rafting in Montana. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Kids were downstairs playing air hockey and watching the Olympics while we relaxed upstairs. Kitchen is a little cozy but, overall, this place worked out perfectly for us.

Just Perfect!
House was clean and just as described upon arrival! AC is a window unit and cools the main living space but rooms were a bit hot in the evenings. Two bags of ice were left for cold drinks!

Spokane House
The house was great - easy to get to, clean, big & spacious. We did have 2 issues, which did not detract from the stay. The property owner had sent emails but they went to my spam folder so there was some confusion with confirming. And the 2 basement bedrooms were much cooler than the upstairs, so extra blankets would have been nice, even in late spring. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & would rent again.

Great place to stay for a Spokane getaway
We were in town for Gonzaga's graduation and made a week of it, exploring Spokane and local Coeur d'Alene. This property was well-situated and ideal for our needs. It was clean and quiet and we had a great week.

Nicely remodeled house in a nice neighborhood.
This recently remodeled home was very well done with quality appliances, finishes, and beds. The living spaces were very warm, welcoming, and comfortable. We appreciated the location, which was close to many things in which we were interested.

Birthday in Spokane
My wife and I, our son and daughter surprised our oldest daughter on her birthday. We chose Spokane because it is relatively close to where she lives. The house worked out very well: we all had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Hoopfest Trip
This house was nice for our stay. It is nice that the 2 bathrooms are not attached to a bedroom so make it easier to share. Close to town, groceries and things to do. It was a good fit for us. Thanks!

Convenient and clean
We rented this property which was close to a quilt retreat we were attending. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax. Three of the four bedrooms have dressers, and all have good sized closets with several hangers available. The laundry is located in the bathroom in the basement. The kitchen has a standard coffee maker (filters were supplied), a large crockpot, a roaster, a rice cooker, a few pots and pans, mixing bowls, ample utensils and dish ware. Our only issue with the kitchen is that the ice maker in the refrigerator is not hooked up and there are no ice trays to make ice. The property manager did offer to bring bagged ice over but we decided to get our own. It was in the 80’s at the beginning of the week and the house got uncomfortably warm, there is no air conditioning and no fans were available to help cool the upstairs which, at one point reached 85° according to the thermostat. The basement was cooler and would have been a more comfortable temperature to gather however there stairs are fairly steep and two members of our party had mobility issues so we needed to remain on the first floor. The house is part of a duplex in a residential neighborhood, it backs up to a fairly busy road but the road noise was not disruptive to us. All in all we were satisfied with the property and would consider staying there again.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is nicely done, clean and for the most part, well stocked. It would have been nice to have a few extra blankets for sitting around, especially in the basement area which was a bit cool. But - overall we loved staying there.
