Gaze out across evergreen forest, the Spokane River, and the Downriver Golf Course from this light-filled home on the west side of Spokane. A haven for golfing, fishing, and river activities of all sorts, this home welcomes you back from your adventures with a private hot tub and beautiful living spaces inside and out.
This two-story, mid-century home boasts an enviable location in the Audubon-Downriver neighborhood, right across the street from the golf course. It's a few minutes' drive to a river access point for swimming, rafting, and fly fishing, and less than a mile to the Downriver Disc Golf Course.
Begin each morning with coffee outside on the back deck, where you'll find cushioned seating and a view of the landscaped yard. It's a lovely spot to return to throughout the day, whether you're barbecuing dinner on the gas grill, roasting marshmallows around the firepit, or stargazing in the warmth of the hot tub.
Built in 1954, the house is full of mid-century style, from the large windows and clean lines to the accents of natural wood and brick. The main floor features a sleek kitchen with updated appliances (including a gas range and a French-door fridge), a formal dining room, and a living room overlooking the river with a TV (offering both cable and streaming capability). A den awaits upstairs with a cozy sectional, another TV, and the perfect spot to play board games.
Additional features of the house include central air, complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and both a Pack 'N Play and high chair for families with children.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two surveillance cameras located at the front and back doors of the house, both facing outwards.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
