Great place to stay, with very pleasant employees. Worked well with our flights and parking our vehicle in a safe place. Arrangement of travel to and from the airport was excellent. They will be our go to facility in the future.

I was disappointed when upon check in at 5 pm in the evening the Customer Service Representative told us that they had “over sold the double queen rooms and that they would be upgrading us to a King with a pull out sofa bed that was already made up”. That may be an upgrade to some, however there were 3 adult women traveling together so one of us was going to have to use the sofa bed. I don’t think of that as an upgrade. Fortunately the next morning we were able to request to be moved to a double queen for the second night of our stay.

I looked around for hot tub and pool motels This one, when we got there they said give us an hour or 2 and should be good and it would give us sometime we called from our room they said closed for night. We had a do not disturb sign on door and at 842am a knock on the door had to get up and answer and house keeping said just checking. I said we have don’t disturb sign. She said we have to do that any way. We went to check out and made our complaint and they said 1 the house keeping should not of done that and is not true they can disturb you. And 2 they said they pool and hot tub machines to put chemicals in the pool was broken so they shut them down. I don’t like liars

Left a sweater in the drawer of my room - staff who answered the phone was going to check bagged lost items - have not heard. Need to call for a 3rd time! I won’t see my sweater - it’s only a sweater - but you have to think about all the left behind. Just say’n!
