Perfect location within the palace / old town
Very pleased we took the transfer from the accommodation for the airport journey. More expensive than app taxis but worth it as met at old town taxi drop off and walked to apartment which would have been interesting to find on our own. Rooms air conditioned and incredibly quiet despite the central, perfect location. A great base to experience being a resident in the old palace.

I highly recommend Mint Luxury rooms for your stay in Split. The location was excellent for day of arrival. It is so close to dining options, shopping, and it is in the middle of all sightseeing options. The room itself is adorable; spacious and updated. We felt very safe and comfortable. Slept very well here! Additionally, Ivica was so helpful and provided information about the area, dining, excursions, etc. He even arranged transport for us, to the airport, for a reasonable price. It was better than expected. We would.happily stay here again. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. We loved it for our stay in Split

Thomas was the host who checked us in and he was incredibly paitent, helpful and enthusiastic. He made our stay most enjoyable. The property needed more bath towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels and paper towels. hoever the apartent is STUNNING, quite, comftable bed, lots of light and quite, safe, central. Highky recommend

Mint Luxury Apartment….AMAZING and great location!
Apartment was amazing, great location, clean and the staff greeted us from the airport as we arranged the transfers with them and escorted us to the apartment. Which I would definitely recommend!! It cost €50 Air conditioning, fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Although a couple more coffee sachets wouldn’t go amiss…. Overall, a lovely welcoming apartment and work definitely recommend and return to this one…..! Felt safe and comfortable. The host also let us to leave our luggage there until we departed to our next destination. Communication was via WhatsApp and recommendations etc were given. I was able to text and communicate easily…..

We visited Split in May 2024. There was only 2 of us and it was a 4-day break. We were met at the property by a chap who gave us a good idea of where to eat and places to see and which taxis to use. He even whatsapped the information to us, which made it much easier to look up. The accommodation is perfectly situated, right in the middle of the city centre, but slightly off the beaten track, so it wasn’t noisy at night. The place was clean and tidy, but spacious enough. It had a great shower, a small fridge and a small safe. Split itself was a lovely city to visit and Mint Luxury rooms are right in the middle of the old town. It was a perfect location, and we would definitely recommend it as a place to stay

This property is in a perfect location. You can walk right out into restaurants, cafes, and attractions. There are also numerous gelato places nearby…. The unit is clean, comfy bed, modern bathroom with two sinks, and a tv that even provides a few channels in English. Carlo was fantastic at communicating check in specifics and providing restaurant recommendations. Exactly what the other reviewers have described.

Very convinient location, walkable from Split bus station as no car would not be able to drive anyway. Nice rooms and bathrooms. However, you will need to contact property manager ahead of time to let them know about your arrival time otherwise you will need to wait outside for about 10-15min until someone will come yo let you in. Breakfast is included to be served from 8am-10am in the cafe right across from the entrance into the building but expect some delays specially when you are in a hurry for excursion. However staff is very friendly and nice
