Ideally central in the Old Town along the waterfront, literally a 2min walk to the waterfront if even that so can take boat tours for the day, lots of restaurants/bars nearby too so location perfect for exploring

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Great staff was very attentive to our needs, arranging transfers that helped us navigate the steps and alleyways to reach the hotel. Note that there are no roads that serve this hotel and it's necessary to walk and tote luggage over stone streets to reach it. Wonderful breakfast and great location to explore the Old Town and the harbor.

It was very convenient to seeing split & the palace; they were right in the middle & easy to get places. Staff were very helpful & hospitable. It was clean & good space. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant for dinner was really good I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. .

Beautiful hotel in a great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem was a fruit-fly infestation in the restaurant (where the included breakfast is served).

Clean, minimalist room in the middle of the action. A little noisy, but to be expected with the location right beside the surviving structures of the Diocletian Palace. Stay away from Luxor Restaurant, it's clearly a tourist trap.

When they say all roads lead to Rome. I would say all roads lead to this hotel in old town split !! Super excellent location close to everything, large rooms well lit . Staff is amazing and very helpful I would recommend this hotel very strongly

We were very happy with everything about the hotel - cleanliness, staff, location, knowledgeable reception staff etc. but the one thing we thought could be improved was the breakfast. We had 7 breakfasts at the hotel but we thought the choice of food was limited.

Getting to the hotel is difficult, but with help we got there. The location is fantastic, but quite costly. I think if directions were included with booking, it would cut down on frustration. Park in the bus terminal.

Well renovated and charming. AC works very well. Staff is nice. Price is expensive. Breakfast ok. Parking is rather far away and expensive at 35 E/day. They have a hidden elevator and we didn’t know when we came in.

Everything about Hotel Slavija was great! We stayed in an economy room and it was very comfortable for just the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and accommodating especially Nela in reception. Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed here twice during recent international travel and both experiences were terrific. The room itself is on the smallish side, but the gigantic oversized king bed is awesome! The hotel location makes it an easy walk to the Temple bar district, or a very short Uber/ Taxi if you prefer. Lobby staff are fantastic! Very helpful to keep luggage in locked and tracked room for flexibility in check in and check out. Great little cafe and bar and restaurant on site.
