🔍 ID Verification: To verify guests, we require ID Verification using industry-leading SuperHog. Guests will need to upload a photo of their government-issued ID and a selfie when prompted to "Verify Me." This process is required to receive your Check-in Instructions. Once verification is approved, an automated message will notify you of the completion.

💳 Security Deposit: Guests are required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit. This process must be completed through your Boarding Pass before obtaining property access info. After checkout, a property inspection will be conducted, and the security deposit hold will be released within fourteen (14) days, minus any deductions for damages, if applicable. An itemized statement will be provided for any deductions, ensuring transparency and protection for both parties.
