The only person that was nice was Cassandra at the front desk. I told them that the toilet was clogged and they give me a plunger and had me unclogged their toilet. Like Never, going there AGAIN!!!!

It is supposed that the all rooms are non-smoking rooms, our assigned room (139) strong smelled to cigarette, we were in the front desk to request a room change, and the representative said that does not have another room for us. We stayed in this room during three days and no one reached out to us to at least try to solve the issue or give us an alternative. The breakfast was terrible, poor variety on the breakfast, the first day orange juice gone and never was refilled. It was a bad experience.

I'm a single female traveling and I felt perfectly safe at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The coffee was terrible. Breakfast is a simple breakfast. No hot items.

Needs work to be a good hotel
The bed was comfortable, however the tub/shower had no flat surfaces so you had to juggle bottles and soap and such. There were two small towels for three of us, decaf only in a crummy little coffee maker, breakfast was a joke. Dry muffins and “juice” and tiny yogurts. Don’t advertise this as breakfast. It’s not. Front desk staff was great, working with what they’d been given, but this place needs a full overhaul by the owner.

Not great.
The bedding was damp. Also there was a smell that wasn’t pleasant in the halls and room. Everything was clean though. Also the breakfast was as basic as it gets.
