Extremely disappointed with getting service in Leo’s and service in restaurant (dinner) seemed lax and indifferent. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Breakfast experience was excellent.

Stayed the night before joining a cruise & it was very convenient. A couple of little niggles in that our room wasn’t ready at the stated time, out soap dispensers were empty & the floor lamp wasn’t working which contributed to the room feeling a bit dark. I would definitely stay here again for a future cruise.

Room Aircon struggled with a hot day. No other means of ventilation led to an uncomfortable night. Room wasn't ready at check in time, however we did receive drinks vouchers while we waited. Concierge very helpful with baggage and recommendations for passing the time.

Was not what i expected.. photos are deceiving. View from the window was the flat roof of out outer part of the building. Window would not open even after asking staff they could not help because of “safety”. So every time entered room, it just stank of wet towels.. aircon was rubbish, barely lowing out air, again reception said will send out engineer nobody came and tbh i just couldn’t be bothered to ask again as i was only their for 2 nights… the pool was the best part, well…. Just full of kids.. i guess not the receptions fault, however the area was not very kept clean, worn down material.. just not to my liking. Especially have the name “royal” should keep you up to Sctrach really.. i mean the entrance circular door was “manual”.. just small things like that makes the experience underwhelming…

Great service-they let us check bags until check in time. Excellent location for walking to shopping, the old town and restaurants. Close enough to train station and cruise station to walk if you're not dragging heavy bags. Rooms are comfy and clean. Going back at the end of the cruise!
