No problems , would have liked a sea view rather than an unatractive view of a flat roof especially as we stayed 4 days. But a welcome pool and Sauna ! The Jacuzzi not working but the Sauna and Steam room very nice. We were able to walk to the main street and shopping centre. The whole area of reception , dining area and bar dining is spacious and inviting. I would return to this hotel.

Terrible hotel! We stayed here two years ago & thought it was good. This time the room is so dark we had to use flashlights to see in our suitcases. The tv turned on but that was about all it did. The sound was distorted as well as the picture. There are no mini fridges in the rooms anymore. Just a whole where was had been. Being a diabetic this was a huge problem for insulin storage. The manager “Bruno” was made aware of these issues & more. His response was “this is what you get in a standard room”.
The mattress pad was for a full bed on a king mattress! 6” to small all around the bed, Again, according to the manager this is standard..

Disappointing recent stay at the hotel whilst at a conference held there. Checked into the room only to find it was already occupied by another (semi-naked) guest. I was quickly relocated to another room but during the night the room was either hot and stuffy without the A/C or I was kept awake by the noisy fan and constant tick, tick noise of the unit. Add to that an array of somewhat uncomfortable pillows and you have the perfect recipe for a dreadful nights sleep! Breakfast however was fresh, varied and definitely a cut above the average along with a great cup of coffee to start the day off. Staff were professional and apologetic to the mistake though.

The room smelled musty when we entered it, as though it hadn’t been used in a while. The bathroom was designed for disabled customers with handrails all around the bathroom, which restricted the use of the shower and the sink was very low so that we had to bend down to use it. The handwash bottle in the bath wash bottle in the bathroom was almost empty and there was only one coat hanger in the wardrobe.
