Nestled in a serene neighborhood, your group is within one and a half miles of downtown and Main Street with its fantastic dining options and convenience stores. Long Pond is within a mile and has a small beach with a roped-off swimming area. Bass River is similarly roughly a mile away, as well as Blue Rock golf course, so bring your clubs and be ready to hit the fairway, especially during the scenic fall season. Additionally, you can find basketball courts and a playground. Smuggler Beach is two miles away and features a volleyball court for some games in the sand. Other great, family-friendly attractions include the Whydah Pirate Museum, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, and Old Town House Park - all within three miles. Bicycle paths, ocean views, and beach access are all also readily available, giving you a plethora of options for outdoor adventures.

The home offers an enclosed backyard, which provides you with endless privacy. Enjoy alfresco meals on the deck conveniently furnished with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off. Upon entering this sunny home away from home, you'll find a bright interior decorated with brand-new furniture. The living room will appear right before your eyes with an inviting sofa and chairs, a fireplace, and a large smart TV with Roku streaming service. The eat-in kitchen is at the end of the hall with a cute dining table and all of the major appliances needed to prepare delicious culinary masterpieces, as well as a 12-cup coffee pot, a Keurig, a blender, a griddle, and a toaster. The basement has beach toys, an extra fridge, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. And all three bedrooms are spacious and offer everything for a good night's sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
