The mattress was worn out and sunk in the middle. The platform bed was very noisy/ couldn’t move even a tiny bit without squeaking. The shower had no shelf to hold bottles and was very slippery.

Great hotel on the edge of Portland. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Only issue we experienced was the lack of tables at breakfast. They do a free shuttle to and from the airport.

I chose this property based on the location and previous reviews. I have stayed in nicer places in third world countries. Shabby, outdated, broken shower, no linens in the room, odd smells, mold growing around the shower. Stains on the bed. It is not as advertised and the price is wayyyyy too high for what it is. I would rather sleep in a tent. At least they gave me my money back when I didn’t choose to stay the second night I had booked. Kevin the shuttle driver is lovely and tried to compensate for the shortcomings. He should go work for the Westin.

Good bones, but could use some TLC
The units are very spacious and comfortable. Nice contemporary styling, a comfortable chair and ottoman. The units and corridors could use some paint and repair. Paint is bubbling in the bathroom from a past water leak and there is some calcification from the water on the floors and walls, a bit of mold and very dirty baseboards. The walls in the sleeping area are beat up as well.
