The staff were friendly. Rooms wasnt that great. Bathroom and walls were moldy. The water coming the taps were milky colored. I needed a 5 person room with a pet. I didnt have much options; so not much complaints

Amber is the best! She truly cares and wants to help in any way she can. Her customer service and hospitality was the best I've experienced in a long time. This hotel is really lucky to have her. She made me feel at home during my extended stay.

Loved this place! Close to the Casinos. Staff was super friendly. Had some great amenities. Room was cute. 10/10 all the way.
Decent hotel for a decent price! The hotel had somewhat of a rustic cottage vibe to it, which was pretty fitting given that we're in Lake Tahoe. It was a great walking distance to the shops at Heavenly Village, so that was amazing.
We arrived and nobody was at the front desk to check in. Parking garage was too small for our pickup truck. Area looked unsafe. We didn’t stay. We had to find another hotel. Luckily at a cheaper price and a larger hotel/casino. The picture on the website did not show current looks of the In Hotel.
It was filthy and no one was at the desk or answered the phone. We did not even think of staying there and left. I tried to call again but no answer. We went to another hotel.
Affordable but dirty. Hair in the bathtub, stains in the carpet, mold in bathroom plus the hot water was intermittent. Not coming back that’s for sure.
Once we arrived, we were given keys to a dirty room. Went back to the front desk and received keys for another room and there was trash left in the trash can from a previous guest. The light in the sink was out and the hall carpets were dirty and full of trash. I requested wash clothes and was advised it would take 5 minutes, and the towels were never received. I wasn’t pleased with my stay, and there weren’t any remorse or action to rectify the situation. I wouldn’t stay here again!
The room was not clean except the bed, carpet torn, the hallways were filthy, our heater was broken which required maintenance to repair it, no ice in the ice machine, and one of the queen beds light was missing from the wall.
Deposit that i was charged has still not been refunded. We left the place with no damage. I keep calling the front desk and no one ever answers.
The first time we checked in, the receptionist gave us an occupied room and I walked in on people being intimate. The front desk lady was nonchalant about it and gave us another room and said " i think this one should be empty".
