IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- 8 guests max, plus up to 5 additional children 5 years old and under
- 5 cars max - no exception. 2 in garage, 3 in driveway. You may be able to park at Casino if need more parking.
- Noise should be respectful at all times, especially between the county's 10pm - 8am quiet period
- The county has a no hot tub period between 10pm - 8am.
- Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside.
- NoiseAware sensor exists inside the home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible) and help us and guests avoid fines for violating the local noise ordinances. Learn more about this system by visiting NoiseAware's website.
- There is a driveway and doorbell security camera on the home. No cameras inside the house.
We prioritize creating a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests. We kindly ask that all visitors are mature, responsible, and treat our home with care. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or negligent behavior, as well as loud and disruptive groups.
That being said, we welcome mature individuals who want to enjoy themselves and have a good time, while still being considerate of others and our property. We kindly request that there are no loud or late-night parties to ensure that everyone has a peaceful and relaxing stay. We trust that all our guests will be respectful and responsible during their visit.
We ask that all guests comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances, as well as our rental agreement (which will be emailed to you separately).
