UMI hotel is absolutely exceptional. The bedrooms are comfortable with exquisite bathrooms. The accommodations are wonderful. The bar is a vibe and the restaurant had some of the best food we’ve had on our trip. The location and surroundings of the property make you feel like you are the luckiest person in Iceland. I will never forget this place and hope to come back.

The setting of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. It’s situated between a glacier and a private black sand beach. The hotel is very comfortable. Dinner was one of the best meals we had in Iceland. As a bonus, an elderly horse lives on the property and lets people pet her.
