Cottage C accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, deck and grilling patio. There are two queen bedrooms each with a shower in a full bath room and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The third full bath with shower/tub combination is located off the living room.
Resort cottages are available all year round for both two night stays and weekly summer rentals. Cottages have everything you will need, including a full stocked kitchen with appliances, full bathrooms, living room, electric fireplace, WIFI, cable TV/DVD, deck, picnic table, gas and charcoal grills. Central heat, window air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you comfortable in the heat of summer, chill of winter and anytime in between.
Towels, linens and an initial supply of paper goods are provided to get you started. Weekly guests receive a complete towel exchange mid week. Enjoy the wood deck and the private patio, picnic tables and gas & charcoal grills.

Not quite as expected
VRBO vs resort fees are very different. I can't encourage enough, avoid using VRBO. There are additional fees you must pay beyond what VRBO charges. Our unit was not kept up, vintage is one thing, drywall falling off of the wall is another. The large crack across the shower floor is beyond expectations. The property is quite nice, beach is close and very walkable, Unit C just really needs attention.
