You will be located within a short distance of the Hudson River and only two miles from the heart of South Glens Falls. Find supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Some fantastic attractions are just a short drive away, including The Hyde Collection, Crandall Park, Sky Zone Queensbury, Adventure Family Fun Center, Moreau Lake State Park, West Mountain (perfect for winter sports), and Lake George.

This splendid retreat enjoys an extensive and beautifully maintained lawn and a back patio with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area - the perfect setting for summertime barbecues! As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a welcoming living room with a smart TV and inviting sofas throughout, offering a fantastic spot to unwind after a thrilling day. Show off your culinary skills and surprise your loved ones with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Additional perks include baby gates, a high chair, and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active camera at the front door facing outward.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
