This hotel was excellent for one night. Quick check in, room was clean, bed was comfortable, good pillows, and toiletries included. No mini fridge in the room but overall a good bang for your buck. Recommended!

When I booked my recent stay at the Red Roof Inn in Deerfield, MA I was told it was a "2 star" hotel. Having stayed there now I cannot fathom why it was so poorly rated. The hotel is very nice, nestled in a wooded pocket between two hughways. It is quite large, beautifully landscaped and maintained, immaculately clean and well run.The room was large and comfortable with a nice king size bed. The room amenities include a fridge, microwave, safe, TV,, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly, professional and polite. While it does not offer breakfast, there is coffee and tea available in the lobby every morning. There is also a large pool, although I did not use it during my brief stay. This hotel is a reflection of the area it is in, friendly, clean, well situated and well thought out.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Our door was open when we got to our room. We figured out is was because the dead bolt was broken and stayed out when you opened the door. The shower had weird rust or dirt spots where you stand in the shower and the faucet wasn’t secured to the sink. The TV remote didn’t change the channels. Weirdly smells of musty cig smoke even though it’s smoke free. We've stayed here a handful of years ago and didn’t remember it feeling this run down. We won’t stay here again for the price vs what we got this visit.

Room was covered in black mold, window, ceiling over a/c it was gross. Walls and most surfaces were visibly dirty. Vent in bathroom was covered in dust. Pool was closed for repair or something. Just a handwritten sign there. Just yuck.

Solid stay for show at Tree House Brewery
Was a perfect place for a night stay to attend a concert at Tree House Brewery. Super convenient, could walk to the shuttle bus to the show. Clean and comfortable.

Sad trip to terrible room
There was so much moisture in our room everywhere. Everything felt wet from the floor to the furniture to our bed and clothes! Told management about it and he said it was the air conditioner. It was cold in our roomso why all the moisture. Never stayed in a room with this problem.

I only needed a place to crash for the night and it was perfect. Mini fridge and microwave for my snacks. Decent breakfast in the lobby with eggs, sausage, cereal and breads. Staff was nice, too,
