Our city offers a lot of interesting things to do, thanks to its historic industrial heritage, prestigious academic affiliations, and abundance of natural attractions. 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame campus, Eddy Street Commons, Memorial Hospital, and downtown South Bend.

Enjoy a sweet retreat in our 2-bedroom beautifully restored craftsman-style home with the ultimate remote worker setup - standing desk and walking treadmill. It's ideal for your upcoming family vacation or getaway!

The Space:
Our home features gorgeous hardwood floors that run throughout the spacious living room and into the enormous formal dining room, perfect for social gatherings. Our gourmet kitchen includes beautiful stone countertops as well as a full stainless package. It has an back porch, a wide patio overlooking the backyard, and a home office with built-in shelving.

Easy walk to shopping, including Trader Joes, bookshops, cafes, restaurants and other retail.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Please Note:
The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.


Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.
If you would like to use the grill during your stay please bring charcoal and a fire starter.

Good Choice in South Bend

Notre Dame Cozy Home
We traveled from San Francisco to move our daughter into Notre Dame. I stayed a week to help organize and outfit my daughter’s new apartment near campus. This property was the perfect home base! It is spotless, quiet, comfy and a quick drive or pleasant walk to campus. I hope to book it again for my next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect as shown in pictures!! It was so close to where we were going on campus and to surroundings to get supplies. Homeowners were in touch before and during stay. Great communication!! Beds were a little hard though and you parked on street. Backyard was great for the kids and we enjoyed being at home there!! It totally made our trip!! Thanks for an amazing stay!!!
