It was a "motel" not a hotel. They did not have an elevator and because I "booked online" they were hard pressed to give me a room on the first floor even though my mother is 88 years old and can't do the stairs. The staff did do it, but only after I had to practically beg. The room was dusty and old. I looked for bed bugs because that was the vibe of the place. There was a dog barking in the room next door well into the early hours of the morning. There was no breakfast. They were near the highway and the shower was nice. Would not stay there ever again.

Room was not clean, floor had not been swept and bed had hairs on the sheets and crumbs on the bedspread. Room had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke, yet was listed as non-smoking room. I asked for a new room, but as told none were available. I asked for a refund but was told only the manager could provide that. I turned in the kids and left to find other lodging.

Rooms are old. Building in poor shape. Bathroom toilet barely flushed. Paint peeling on walls. Location was very good for a trip to Notre Dame and the desk staff was outstanding. Building needs serious improvements.

This is an old, tired hotel. The floors were dirty, paint stained and peeling, bathtub old and dirty looking. One of two beds in very poor condition. No hairdryer in room. Coffee only in lobby. No kettle to make tea. Very overpriced at $227 Canadian per night for a rather disgusting experience.
Tub looked dirty and grout needed replacing.
Bathroom walls were streaked with unknown substance. Paint peeling.
Floors were filthy. Turned my white socks black.

You have to ask them to clean the rooms. Pet hairs on the mat carpets in the room. Has a weird smell to the rooms too. Other than that, It was ok to stay their.
