Staff was great. Room has an overall smell and bathrooms need an upgrade for sure. stains all over the couch. Area around property is medium but close to campus and coffee shop and easy walk on a game day

My room had a broken ironing board in the middle of the room on check in. There were no tissues The fitted sheets did not remain in place. The light in the bathroom was motion activated so time in the shower or using the toilet meant the lights out turned out. We could find no way to adjust this issue. Front desk did not answer the phone. We had to travel downstairs for assistance. We appreciated the breakfast.

Not far off Interstate 80. Take a left off the "Notre Dame" exit off 80. Quarter mile up on right. The staff was over the top accomodating. Helpful and pleasant. The one worker (forget her name) was there to assist at every turn (she had a couple tatoos - one on her neck). She was AWESOME!! Im sorry I forget her.name. This WILL BE my ND game hotel moving forward!

Worst Microtel we have ever stayed at. It was dirty, didn’t have clean towels, breakfast was absolutely disgusting… Staff was not available and there are homeless people staying in parking lot next door. Police were at hotel each night for something. Halls smell of marijuana. Do not stay there!!

From the moment I walked through the door, Amy, the front desk clerk, greeted me with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. When I mentioned it was my first time in South Bend, she took the time to provide all the information I needed to make my visit special. Room was not cleaned. You could tell - beverage rings on side tables, toilet paper roll almost empty, debris on carpet. The TV would not work properly. I went to call for assistance, but the phone did not work. I walked to the front desk. A maintenance guy came into my room and messed around with the remotes, he said he would be back. He never returned to fix the TV. There was also a loud house party next to the hotel. Would not recommend or rerun!

checked in by attendant that didnt say but a few words. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Barely 1 1/2 to naybe 2 foot on sides of the bed to the walls and less room to built in desk. couldn't really use desk as the large microwave took half the space and the chair part was taken by the mini fridge. the desk top was dirty with sticky food and drink marks. The worst was the linoleum floor in entrance and bathroom!! FILTHY! Black hair on bathroom floor. in tub and in sink. Used a white towel to clean floor and it became increasingly dirty!!! Floor couldn't have been cleaned in a while!
