The young man at the front desk greeted us with a smile after we spent a long drive. We were so tired and hungry & he was so helpful and polite. He even gave us all a bottle of water. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well stocked. My son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast included many options, each of us were very happy with our stay.

We really loved our room it was the queen sweet double bed excellent beautiful room and spacious .the breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. My husband and I looked forward to seeing Javier every morning. He was delightful ! Superb customer service. He kept the food coming and hot conscientiously looking after everyone's needs . Awesome friendly face had my husband and I laughing and is enjoying ourselves each start of the morning. Excellent, courteous, and friendly front desk service. Only negative was I had to request housekeeping service during our 5-day stay. Somehow our room was initially overlooked. However the service was very good. Also the chairs and sofa were stained in the dining area that definitely need to be cleaned. However putting this aside we were extremely grateful and enjoyed our stay.
