I like that it was easy to find this hotel and it was in a very quite and secure area, the unique thing about this place is it is 1 minute away from a shopping plaza with resturants. The front desk staff was nice and this hotel was very quite. I didnt like that once you enter it smell like cigarettes and the hallways smells like it as well. My room was very clean and comfortable. My room did not smell like cigarettes and the reason i say this is because even though its a none smaoking room i was very skeptical of how the room will smell because of how the elevator and hallways smell like cigarettes.

I was just here last night on 9/21 and stayed one night. Upon arrival it appeared to be a nice hotel, however I was immediately turned off by a woman smoking a cigarette just a couple feet from the main entrance. During check-in, i couldn’t help but notice a really bad smell of cigarettes. I thought the smell would disipaste once we entered our room but it did not. The room was very stuffy so I turned on the AC. To my surprise the AC automatically shuts off completely once it reaches the desire temperature. There was a lot of rift raft throughout the entire premise which didn’t make me feel very safe and leads me to believe that most of the guests live there as there was constant running in the floor above us; not the mention the constant barking of multiple dogs. I’ll be honest I didn’t feel entirely safe. The tub had an issue where it appeared to be clogged since the water was going down at an extremely slow pace. I’m not a very picky person; just a mom wanting a night out with my boyfriend however, I will not return here. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was not cleaned when entered. Had to wait. My sister lost her 2 queen room after booking 2 weeks prior. People roaming the halls at night. Someone knocked on my door after midnight.

Will never go to this hotel again had roaches in the room told the front desk and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it I had no remote for the tv and they told me they don’t have one the phone didn’t work the fridge was stain with something looked nasty

We have stayed at other Extended Stay properties but this was the worst by far! Dingy, very old, not updated in what seems like years or even decades, no utensils in the room (have to go ask the reception for even simple things like plates, spoons).

Place needs a cosmetic update. (hallway, room looks old, gloomy and rundown). Hallway smells mix of someone who was smoking cigarettes and cooking food. First night was a roach on the bathroom sink countertop while brushing my teeth. Had to manually turn on the TV (Controller did not work) Most news channels had bad reception. Slept on top of blanket, fully dressed, hoody, jeans and socks. (Felt unclean) Out of Coffee-asked if there were more coffee-reception said more is being made. waited 5 minutes.still no coffee. went back to my room to get ready to leave

First of all, only 3 pullows were on the bed without a comforter. There was a terrible stinch in the room all night. But they lost all points when I spotted a roach in the bathroom. Enough said!!
