3-Bedroom traditional Soller stone house with a great garden

New! This is a beautiful traditional home in Soller surrounded by a great garden and orange orchards.
This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 230m2 stone house is a typical Soller outskirts home that enjoys a large and luscious garden with tall trees that provide great shade during the months of summer. There is also a large barbecue and terrace for great outdoors dining and relaxing and for many months you can pick your own oranges for fresh orange juice or even other fruits. There is also private parking for two vehicles.
As you can see in the images, the house interiors reflect typical, very well cared for Mallorquin furniture and decoration. There are three bedrooms with two of them having a double bed and the other two single beds for a total of 6 guests. Of course, if needed, we also have a travel cot for babies.
This property is located about half-way between Soller and Port de Soller. A leisure walk takes you to downtown Soller in about 15-10 minutes and to Port de Soller in about 20-25 minutes. In both paces you can enjoy great stores, restaurants and bars. There are three different stores 5-7 minutes away by walking and several restaurants 10 minutes away. By car, the property is near MA-10, so it is easy to drive anywhere and there are several hiking routes nearby.
Please note that the entrance to the driveway is on a narrow street and at an angle, so a large vehicle (SUV) will require significant maneuvering to drive in. A normal car is therefore recommended.

Group of 4 friends wanting to explore North Mallorca
Really good location to explore the local area on foot or with public transport. Lovely being in the orange and lemon orchards. Beautiful outside eating areas on the property. Would recommend smallest car hire as approach to prpperty is tight.

Sóller house
A beautiful, traditional house in Sóller. The terrace has a lovely view. Walking into the town to eat takes about 20 minutes. There are a big variety of restaurants to choose from. The walking straight from the house is great. Very handy for the bus travel.

Wonderful Mallorca Stay
The property is lovely, very private and we were able to walk into town and the port in about 25 minutes. You can also hop onto the trolley. House had all that we needed and we will definitely be back.

Dream house and gardens
We just loved the garden and orange grove. Full of flowers and fruit and always a gentle breeze taking the edge off the heat of the day. We lived mainly in the garden. We walked to Soller almost every day. To get to the centre square took us over 20 minutes. We sometimes walked to the port but mainly drove. The whole area seemed safe and our teenage daughters enjoyed going exploring and going to the nearest shops. Elisa greeted us and was very helpful (particularly getting a kettle). We arrived just after 4 and had to go out straight away for provisions. The local supermarket and Eroski are open till 9pm. The only negatives were the drive at the house. It is not good for a big car - we mainly parked on the road. The downstairs shower had its drain taped over. If the tape was removed a very bad smell filled the house in minutes. We kept the drain taped over which meant all 5 of us had to share the one shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would be back in a heartbeat.

A beautiful house with a stunning view
We had a wonderful 2 week break in this fabulous house. The check-in process was extremely smooth, facilitated by the host, Miguel. He was contactable throughout the stay on Whatsapp and always responded promptly. The property is traditional, clean and comfortable with a fantastic view over the Soller valley.

Schöne Unterkunft
Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Gute Lage. Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, man ist dennoch etwas abgelegen und hat eine ruhige Lage. Ein-/Ausfahrt etwas eng und steil. Würde ein möglichst kleines Autio und grundsätzlich am besten Automatik empfehlen. Am allerbesten ein E-Auto. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Ladestation mit 50 kw und man kann über die entsprechende App ein Konto einrichten und nutzen. Hat alles gut geklappt. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

A nice house in a wonderful area
We spent one week in this nice House and enjoyed our stay very much. Our son picked oranges in the garden every morning and made fresh orange and lemon juice. We loved to be here! We would like to come back some day!

Perfect villa and location
The house was perfect for our vacations with our friends and their 2 kids. We had a lot of space and the terrasse and garden are amazing with the orange and lemon trees. The kitchen has everything we needed. The house is located between Soller and Port Soller and is a nice walk (around 20-25 min.) to each. There is a small super market and cafe at 5-minute walk. It is nice to have a car to explore other part of the island, but the parking at the house is tricky, so I would recommend the smallest car. We had a really great time at this house in Soller!

Mycket trevligt hus i hjärtat av Soller. Lagom promenad avstånd till torget i Soller och till Puerto de Soller. Rymligt. Stor tomt m citruslund. Trevlig terrass för att inta måltider.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Charmantes Haus in einer kleinen Seitenstraße zwischen Soller und Port de Soller. Man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Soller oder den Strand von Port de Soller laufen. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit Obstbäumen wie Orangen, Zitronen, Mandarinen, Pflaumen, Granatäpfel und Feigen. Morgens draußen frühstücken und frisch gepressten Orangensaft von Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten trinken sind wahrer Luxus. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht einschließlich der Saftpresse. Jedes Schlafzimmer besitzt einen Ventilator. Betten waren bereits bei der Ankunft frisch bezogen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsagentur verlief sehr gut. Herr Frontera hat uns pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen und war für Fragen jederzeit telefonisch oder auch per Whatsapp zu erreichen.
