All in all, our experience at the resort was fantastic. The room was extremely spacious, which surprised us given we opted for the junior suite - more than enough room for 2 people. It was also very clean and housekeeping was consistent with providing us fresh towels and bedding.
The buffet was great and had something for everyone. All of the food we ate was fresh and flavorful. The made-to-order meats and tacos were a personal favorite of mine! Big fan of the taco truck by the main pool as well. The wait staff in the buffet and restaurants were very accommodating, checking in often to make sure we had beverages and were enjoying our food. We didn’t love the individual restaurants that we tried, but they were all at least good and the service was extremely quick!
The entertainment definitely made this trip for us. From pool to evening activities, everyone was super friendly and the diversity in activities from day to day was great. Rhamses in particular was amazing; he went out of his way to strike conversations with us throughout the day, outside of his assigned activities. He was very personable and it was easy to tell that he puts great effort into making sure everyone at the resort had a great time. Jonathan and Luna were also great, providing plenty of laughs and conversation at the pool.
My only suggestion to the resort would be to provide more indoor activities during the day - it was typically isolated to the pool & it was oppressively hot during our stay.
