We made full use of the outside kitchen. A very well equipped property. Our hosts were wonderful, we had problems with our car on the drive to the accommodation and they were fantastic helping us communicate with the garage. Nothing was too much trouble. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Chateau. It’s located in the most idyllic setting, so peaceful surrounded by gorgeous countryside, and the chateau itself is wonderful. There was a breakfast spread laid out in the morning too. Couldn’t recommend more. "

"Really peaceful, lovely rooms and a warm welcome. Really good continental breakfast. There was even a kettle and decent teabags! This hotel is excellent value for money. Immaculately clean, lovely bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - modern rooms but in keeping with the traditional rustic building. The hotel has an honesty bar where you can get a beer (but not much else) although there's no drinks or facilities to make bake a drink in the rooms. The village itself is very quiet - nothing to do apart from go for a walk. The next village along, Brulon, had a few more restaurants/cafes. We ate in the restaurant next to the hotel - worth booking ahead as it didn't look like they did walk-ins. The hotel booked us a table the day before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and wish we'd stayed more than one night - if you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful overnight stopover, this hotel is perfect."
