The main bedroom also provides an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity whilst the main bathroom has a large corner bath with shower overhead, toilet and vanity.
The unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader Bosch washing machine and dryer and secure parking in the double garage.
Pelican Sands is a small complex of 6 units and provides an in ground swimming pool right on the waterfront, we also manage unit 2 so the extended family can join you on holidays, once you've stayed at Pelican Sands you'll want to come back.
Soldiers Point has calm safe swimming beaches and tranquil bushland on offer, the location of Pelican Sands is fantastic to watch the spectacular sunsets over the water. If dining out is an option, Soldiers Marina offers a superb dining experience with two restaurants to choose, or Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Rick Stein Bannisters is approx. an eight-minute level walk away.
Pelican Sands complex is mainly owner occupied so residential noise restrictions do apply.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
Pelican Sands has strict policies for no guest pets, no party groups and is strictly a No Smoking complex.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
