Due to my membership status, I was disappointed that early check-in was not permitted unless I paid an additional 40 euros. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not functional, and it required three separate calls and over an hour before assistance was provided. While the technician who eventually came was polite, professional, and resolved the issue efficiently—deserving recognition for his efforts—the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. The facilities appeared outdated and unclean, and, most concerningly, I encountered bed bugs during my stay. Unfortunately, this resulted in a very negative experience.
