Bad expirience
When arrived, we were told that there will be no hot water for 2 weeks. For shower we need to go to a different building. Had to upgrade the room for considerable amount, to get room with hot water. Problem was, not enough hot water.. On 2nd shower, the hot water already ran out, and had to wait for water to heat. Terrible.
Then wanted to pay for parking. Rate was 3000 RUB. The automatic machine charged twice!, 6000 RUB. When complained, had to fill a form for refund. waiting to get money. But then... The parking gates were broken for the whole week, so everyone parked for free, except us, who paid double.
Besides that, room was fine, large, and good location. Room cleaning was only every 2-3 days, so had to ask for refill of soap and toilet paper.
Staff was quite polite and kind, but it seemed they didn't understand what was so terrible to have no hot water..
And why the heck we had to pay extra to get a room with it? It's basic! Since we prepaid for the room, with no refund, we where trapped! Couldn't go to a different hotel, which I really wanted to do.
I blame mostly the hotels.com, for not advertising the issue with water.
