The hotel is very nice from the ground floor, restaurant, bar, reception all lovely. The food was very limited of an evening but was very nice all the same. The hotel restaurant over looks a ski slope, with a beautiful view of the city.
Now the not so nice side. Upon leaving the ground floor and finding my room i was greeted with corridors with large holes in the carpet. I was in a non smoking room, or so the sign said. The room smelt like stale cigarette smoke. It had a tv from the early 90's in it. The pillows were 2 cushion sized wafer thin things, with no pillow cases on. The towels were not changed all week of my stay.
