Pleasant 1 bedroom apartment with terrace, overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. You can park your vehicle on the property and not touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. This entire space has a splendid sea view and opens onto the terrace. For the sleeping area, a bedroom with a double bed and its dressing room. For amenities, you have a new bathroom with toilet. As for the exteriors, you will have access to a terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to take your meals in the sun facing the Mediterranean. A real quiet rental in an idyllic setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located 700m from the beach, 500m from shops. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. notre petit studio avait vue sur la piscine et sur la mer, ce qui est très agréable. Par contre la Coudoulière n'est pas près de jolies plages et surtout la résidence, située entre deux routes, est très bruyante.
