People in the hotel was so friendly and nice. But we were thinking to stay in Whyndam group hotel in Sivas. When ş ask to have wine in my room, they said they don't have alcohol. I believe it is not fare not to have it in a chain international hotel. Even in islamic countries, people can find it in the chain hotels. Second issue was the walls. I could hear all voices even the breath of people in next room from my room. It was too thin and unsafe walls which l didn't like it. Third issues was the breakfast hall. It was too cold and poor breakfast. If l am asked to stay in this hotel again. My answer will be NO!

Otelin iyi olan tek yanı ismi Ramada oluşu. Pazar günü olmasından ötürü saat erken olmasına rağmen oda servisi kapalı, çay kahve servisi yoktu. Pazar günü personeli daha dikkatli ve özenli olmalı. Pazartesi çıkış yaparken personeller daha iyi ve kibardı. Odalar da temizlik yaparken daha titiz davranılmalı, temizlik personeli iyi niyetli ama tek başına üstesinden gelemiyor. Fikrimce ücreti ve ismi haketmekten için çok çaba ve yenilenme gerekiyor.

Otel 5 yıldızlı olduğu için oda, mobilya vb. belli bir standardın üstündeydi. Ancak bu tip otellerde farkı yaratacak küçük detaylardır. Odamızı 3 kişilik olarak nerdeyse bir gün önceden ayırttık. Suit odaya ek yatak kurulması gerekiyordu. Otele geç vakit girmemize rağmen gittiğimizde yatak henüz yapılmamıştı. Odaya girdikten sonra iki defa aradıktan sonra yatak geldi. Ama bu sefer de yanlış çarşaf seti geldiği için görevli tekrar gitti. Sonuç olarak daha önce söylediğim gibi buradaki detayın otelin hizmet kalitesinin bir göstergesi olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Yorum yapacağıma söz verdiğim için yapıyorum. Gayet keylifli ve huzurlu bir gece geçirdim. Problem olarak düşündüğüm bazı konular var müdahale edilirse daha güzel bile olabilir. 202 numaralı odanın duşa kabindeki duş başlıkları acil değiştirilmeli. Katlara çıkışlarda kendi kartımız çalışmalı, personele mecbur kalmamalıyız.
