Functional
Very small but functional. Door barely clears the bed when you walk in. Coffee maker but only 1 kpod for 2 people for a 3 night stay. Fridge temp off and froze things. Cleanliness was not amazing, bugs in the sink, hairball on the bathroom floor. Only perk was the heated bathroom tiles.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I liked the property well enough for my short stay in BBR. On the first evening, I noticed a few small bugs in the bed the morning after my first night's stay. I had a lovely day being active around Black Butte and didn't think much of the bed bugs. On the second evening, I noticed there were more bugs on the bed and felt some crawling on my body, which I have pictures and video of. I considered leaving and getting a room nearby, but by the time I returned it was too late in the evening for the change. This issue should be shared with the owner of the unit and addressed.
