The Rustico shines in new splendor and still remains the "old". The restoration was lovingly handcrafted in accordance with local architecture and traditional materials.

The former farm is detached on a hillside in the nature-protected Parco del Conero with panoramic views all around. The guest area on the first floor of the main house is rented out - ideal for families and friends up to 6-8 people who want to enjoy a special ambience with lots of space and peace. Traditionally built from white rock of Monte Conero, the house is surrounded by a 5000 sqm garden with vines, fruit and almond trees, pines and olives. From the lookout tower you can enjoy the fantastic view over the hilly landscape of the Marches.

The simple and loving furnishings make Casa Ancarano a romantic holiday home with atmosphere. The guest area on the first floor covers approx. 130 sqm with the large central lounge with kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom in the ground floor garden with washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are no other tenants during your stay. The hostess is housed in a side part of the building - far enough away to maintain quiet and privacy; and close enough to offer advice and assistance or make reservations for your favourite restaurant.

In the garden there are tables, chairs, parasols, sun loungers and a barbecue. Hidden among the oleander and almond trees, a shower invites you to refresh yourself in the open air.

DIRECTLY
Hikers can dive into the Mediterranean maquis directly from the front door and hike through the Parco del Conero. The protected regional park extends over 6,000 hectares over forests, gorges, and the summit of Monte Conero, which rises spectacularly from the sea at a height of 572 m. The views of the sea are breathtaking.

BATH ITEMS
La Riviera del Conero (SIROLO / NUMANA 3km) is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic. White beaches nestle in the steep coastal landscape made of white limestone cliffs and have been spared from architectural attacks. Le Due Sorelle (the 2 sisters), bizarre rock formations in the turquoise blue sea, are the popular symbol of the area. You can be reached in a few minutes by car. The water quality receives the international ecological award "La Bandiera Blu" every year. The closest is the Spiaga Urbani beach of Sirolo; The wide and finer sandy beaches between NUMANA and MARCELLI are more convenient for families, hangovers and surfers will find their beach paradise south of Marcelli near the Musone river or in Portonovo. The picturesque bays, beaches and first-class fish restaurants of PORTONOVO are famous.

HORSE ARRES best walk to the Il Corbezzolo horse farm (1km) and go on horseback on an excursion or take the necessary riding lessons.

CYCLISTS not only get their money's worth on the paths of the Conero Park, but also find challenging routes in the area for all requirements.

Those who want to learn ITALIAN have found a competent language school with a very personal atmosphere in the Centro Culturale Conero in the neighboring town of Camerano (3 km).

GOLF PLAYERS have their Conero Golf Club with 18 holes championship course, PAR 72 plus executive course right in front of the door (1km).

The small marina Numana, Porto Novo and Ancona is the next port of call for SEGLER. The non-sailors can rent motor boats or take wonderful sightseeing tours along the rugged coastal landscape to the Due Sorelle.

SURROUNDINGS AND EXCURSIONS
SIROLO is the pearl of the Adriatic coast. The idyllic place is 20 km south of Ancona at the head of Monte Conero (572m) steeply above the sea.
RECANATI (25 km) is a picturesque place and home to the poet Giacomo Leopardi.
MACERATA (35 km), an elegant town, hosts the July / August Opera Festival in the Sferisterio, the second largest pre-arena next to Verona.
Loreto (15 km) is one of the most visited places of pilgrimage in the world and houses the birthplace of Maria of Nazareth with the famous black Madonna.
LE GROTTE DI FRASASSI contain the largest single cave in Europe with a height of 240m (Milan Cathedral!). A fantastic stalactite cave world in the middle of the Gol della Rossa / Frasassi nature park (80 km). The drive inland is worth seeing with its wildly romantic limestone gorges.
The Monte Sibellini Gran Sasso National Park (160 km) with over 40 km of mountain peaks is an exciting, legendary high mountain landscape for enchanting hikes.

CULINARY
the brands offer a wide range of fish and meat cuisine, as well as wines, from simple country wine to top quality from gentle hills above the sea. The best known is the excellent white "Verdicchio" from the grape of the same name. It smells of peaches, apples, lemons and roses. The long, spicy, bitter finish is typical. The "Rosso Conero" is made around the Conero and is made from the Montepulciano grape. This strong ruby red wine usually smells of blackberries and plums, has a rich, spicy, warm and long-lasting taste. It often ripens into a great wine. The wine alone is reason enough to travel the brands.
