Place was dirty, it looks like there are quite a few permanent residents here. My wife walked in our room in socks (brand new) they got so dirty from the carpet she hag to throw them away.

Hallway smelled like a wet dog. Hot tub wasn’t working. Room smelled horrible, stains on the lamp shades. Dust hanging from the ceiling. Stains on the walls. Previous visitor must of left a charger and it was still plugged into the outlet in the bathroom, makes me worried about what else they missed when cleaning the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
The room had a terrible smell. All linens in the room were damp. Stains on the floor, carpet did not appear clean. Continental breakfast was marginal at best. No coffee available. Hair dryer and plug ins did not work. WALK AWAY!

Check in was at 3 and wasn’t even able to go to my room until 5:30 because it wasn’t clean. When I was finally able to go to my room, it was disgusting. Hair on the sink, toilet didn’t flush, dog hair on the carpet, and trash and food in the fridge from the previous guests. Couldn’t get a new CLEAN room because they were fully booked so I cancelled my reservation. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. I’m normally not one to complain but after traveling for 8 hours, this was the last thing I wanted to be dealing with. Don’t waste your money on this awful hotel

This hotel is dirty!! Upon checking into a room, we found the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed at all and the shower was unclean. We asked for a new room and that one was worse! Again not vacuumed, broken chips all over the floor, holes in the wall, bathroom door wouldn’t close because it was falling apart, cobwebs all over the ceiling. It must be the norm there, there were no apologies at all. If you want clean, do Not stay here.

Not horrible but not good
There was never anyone at the front desk. Always had to pick up the phone to get someone. After we checked in we left to run errands before unloading the car, we came back to our room open and laundry in the room. I went to the front desk and asked why we were given a room that wasnt ready they said it was clean but it was too hot in the laundry room so the housekeeper was given the ok to be in our room to fold laundry. I was wondering why they would do that in a room that was checked in. What if we had our stuff in the room would they have still done that. The breakfast was bread, packet oatmeal, yogurt and danish being Gluten Free there was nothing I could eat. Needs updates. The window sils hadn't been cleaned in sometime. The pool was ok a little cloudy but didn't know if it was the water or the bottom of the pool. No towels in the pool area either. Probably won't stay again. It use to be a great place we had stayed there before when my kids were little.

We had several issues during our stay, the lady at the front desk, Bobbie, worked really hard to make everything right, otherwise we would’ve asked for a refund and left like our friends did. The nighttime manager was completely unprofessional. The pool room was super hot & humid, somebody else had propped open a side door, when the manager came on duty, she had walked by on the outside of the building & closed the door, I didn’t know she was an employee so I opened it again. Instead of the manager coming to introduce herself as an employee & explains why the door needed to be closed, she sent her boyfriend who is not an employee to talk to me about it. when my husband found out that it was not an employee, He got very upset, especially with all the other issues we had had. He went to the front desk to discuss it with the manager and ask for a refund. The nighttime manager was not at the front desk, but the boyfriend and apparently 2 other of the managers friends were all hanging in the lobby, and my husband got into a confrontation with the boyfriend over the incident. It escalated when it shouldn’t have, none of them should’ve been involved with anything since they were not employees. I tried to de-escalate the situation, and as I was explaining that the manager never came and talked to us about the door. One of the friends started to call the cops and he asked for our number and the boyfriend knew all our private room information! We are reporting her to her supervisor.

Old, dated which is understandable. Beds were clean. Main hallways were dirty with severly stained carpet and dirty tile. Cieling tiles in bathrooms were water stained and drooping from being so old and getting wet several times. Staff was friendly, but seemed under staffed had to wait like 15 min to check in and 10 to check out with no one in front of me.

Pool on the website did not look like the pool on site. Check in time was 3, front desk gave us our key, but we werent suppose to go upstairs because it wasnt ready. We were able to start swimming tho. Checked back a few times about the room. It wasnt until almost 7 that it was finally cleaned. The house keepers walking around with carts upstairs were the same that i saw in the pool and courtyard drinking 4 lokos earlier while i was waiting. My room didnt have trash bags, or toilet paper. Carpet by the bed was extremely sticky. 145 dollars was wasted on this stay.

Staff was fiendy and helpful. The room need allot of help. No desk chair, no pen and paper, no TV list of channels, the lounging chair had stuffing coming out of it, the smoke detector was broken and detached from the wall, the room door had to be lifted up and slammed to get the door shut. The room was so smelly, like wet dog. The carpet was sticky, squishy, and smelly. My hands and hair smelled after sleeping on the sheets. The bathroom sink was not properly installed. There were ants coming out of the nightstand. The hallways had litter and dirt, and bags of garbage with bugs flying around the garbage. The pool area looked as if not had been cleaned, swept, or moped. there were bugs in the pool, it was just dirty. The staff was friendly. When we didnt have a microwave in our room the front desk carried one down. The price is liw, but I dont rhink we'll return. I have low standards when it comes to hotel rooms, but this was probably the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Even my kids were grossed out.
