Staff was very nice. They don’t spend money on upkeep it’s pretty obvious. Went with two family’s, both room doors had to be opened turning handle upwards, down doesn’t work. Pool was slightly above freezing. Even for kids they didn’t like it. Rooms were clean but any repairs that had been done are low craftsmanship

I requested an airport shuttle on the line check in. No response. Checking in I was told "No problem just call about five minutes before you want to leave." I went to the lobby 15 minutes before I needed to leave to be told the shuttle was out picking up 1 employee for work and would be here in less than 5 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and took an Uber. Desk clerk wouldn't call the driver. Shuttle and Uber showed up at almost the same time. The shower took almost 5 minutes for the hot water. The morning wakeup call I asked for never came. The chicken wings I ordered in the restaurant were nasty but would be better if they had changed the grease. I don't believe I will ever stay there again.

Wish we could have had an area to play games in pool area to just watch kids without paying ridiculous amount of money to sit inside the gate. Not using facility but safely watching kids. More seating inside pool area. Even discounted observer tickets would have been nice.

I liked our room- clean and close to a door. I arrived around 930pm and was a bit disappointed when i went to the restaurant- the kitchen was already closed but the bartender was willing to " get me a drink quick for last call" normally they close at 11pm but they had a notice closing at 10pm but i was hungry. It also was a point that the pool also closed at 10pm so its key not to arrive near closing youll lose out on some of the amenities.
