Upon entering the hotel, the staff was friendly. Very welcoming. Quick checkin. We ended up at the hotel with a hockey event happening so there was children goofing around with the elevator. We could have used the stairs but the room was near elevator anyways. We weren’t as lucky because the kids were right across us. Entering the room it was spacious and clean. The room doesn’t look as cluttered as some hotels. But it was nice there was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was sufficient and served its purpose. Self made waffles, hillshire sausage, egg patties, bagels muffin, your breakfast drinks. If you go early enough, there’s plenty of food and it’s not crowded. Parking was efficient also. I would recommend and would choose again.

Breakfast was average. Hotel over all was very nice, clean, very friendly and accommodating staff. We got there earlier than expected and they let us check in. Close to the Pentagon for half the price of the 2 hotels next to the Pentagon. Will definitely stay here again!

1. The airport shuttle from the hotel is only from 7 am to 3 pm, otherwise they call a taxi company, who then call you. The very fine print on the reservation tells you that you're supposed to let them know that you need a shuttle in advance. The taxi was clean and the driver friendly. 2. The room service/lobby "bar" is supposed to be open until 9 pm. Because of the time to get the taxi, I didn't arrive until about 8:50 pm. The bar employee had already cleaned up and out the door before 9 pm. The lobby includes a small store with some candy, microwave burritos and Mac/cheese, no prices so I don't know how much it would cost -- you can get food delivered. There is a Burger King about two long blocks away at the freeway exit but the check-in employee cautioned me that it was not well lit and didn't recommend me walking there.

The room was nice. Staff friendly. My only complaint is they had shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower but no soap and there was only hand soap. Also we have arthritis and having to squeeze wall hung dispensers sucks!
