Staff at check in was great. The hotel has seen better days and needs major reno/cleaning as it is very worn down. Room was freezing when we arrived, with the air conditioning on and window open. We realized the windows had been left open to air out the unpleasant odour in the room. The door bolt did not lock, and latch looked like it could come unhinged at any moment.

I really liked the staff that helped us. Our room was pretty clean however, neither my husband or I couls sleep because the bed was so hard and the room couldn't cool off.

Our biggest concern was we booked 2 Queen beds but got 2 Double beds. The property was clean, breakfast was good, and the parking was adequate.

We checked in only to find hair on our supposedly cleaned room. We have video of the hair and the tub wasn’t cleaned. Just didn’t feel clean after we noticed and they didn’t do anything but change out the sheets to us. Do not recommend at all. They didn’t offer a refund or anything.

This hotel was a last minute choice. There was nothing wrong with the hotel but it felt out dated and a little run down. Examples, carpet in hallway was old, poor caulking job around bathroom faucet, huge screw in ventilation fan ( construction not supposed to be there , improper fix, one art on wall nothing else. Not the worst hotel but if charging 150 a night usually expect better.
