The hot tub wasn’t working, when we arrived we weren’t even greeted with a smile or anything, just handed me my room key and that was it, didn’t say when breakfast was or check out time or even have a good stay.. and there were 3 ppl standing there when we checked in and zero smiled. The only polite person we met during our stay was the female bartender who told us what time things were open. She was very polite and felt bad we didn’t have a good experience.
