Everything is practically furnished. The terracotta-colored floor gives the rooms a cozy character. In the front building there is a beautiful 35 sqm L-shaped loggia with a sea view, table and 5 chairs. Here you can enjoy atmospheric meals, surrounded by the green lawn of the front garden. You can enjoy a great panorama on the spacious terrace behind the house. A chic brick barbecue area is also available. The 2000 sqm property is partly designed with beautiful stone terraces and is covered with olive trees, junipers, palm trees, oleanders, geraniums and hibiscus and is surrounded by a fence.
