My absolute favorite thing about the property was the bed!!!!!I LOVE a firm mattress and this hotel delivered. I got some of the best sleep on the mattress. I will be contacting them to get the brand of mattress so that I could purchase one. I know that the property went thru a full renovation and all I can say is that the money was well-spent. The overall hotel was 5-star with ambiance! food! personnel and location. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. BIG Kudos on the customer service! This hotel is a people first hotel and I will definitely be back!!! If for nothing else, I will be back for the bed!!

HOtel was great, room great, staff great, bed and bedding outstanding. Only annoying bit was the unaccountable WhatsApp messages from head office asking me to do this and do that, none of which the front desk staff knew anything about so all had to be duplicated

Good hotel in a good location, easy to walk to key attractions and to public transport. A few good restaurants nearby. Gym was pretty basic and treadmill kept resetting which was mildly frustrating. WiFi in room was pretty poor and kept dropping out.

Room was very spacious. Lots of empty space. Bathroom is very tight.. the step up was a bit unexpecting. I was caught off guard, hit my toes. The shower is the worst of it all. Red Mold in the grout. I don't think anyone has washed it well. I am thankful I brought my slippers to wear inside the shower.

The bar in the large reception lounge area closes at 9pm and no snacks are available. As there are a lot of evening and late arrivals this appears to be shortsighted. By the time our bags were delivered to our room we were left little time to get anything to eat outside the hotel as most of the quick food establishments also close at 9pm. Nothing to eat until breakfast the following morning.
