Not sure if it's due to the imminent takeover by Lfy, but we faced unexpected restrictions during our stay which was not communicated before booking.
1) No drinking water provided. Guests were asked to drink from the tap instead. Yes, I know Singapore's water standards are among the highest in the world. It's the decades-old pipes in the building I don't trust! There isn't even a proper kettle to boil tap water to set aside for drinking!
2) Housekeeping only provided once a week! Only towel changes or minor cleanup allowed before the 1-week limit is up.
These policies come across as extremely petty, stingy and short-sighted, marring our stay. I thought I had paid for a full-service hotel, but it turned out to be just one step above a backpacker's hostel.
Would never stay here again.
