Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly. It's near Nicoll highway metro stop (10 min walk) on the yellow circle line, or Lavender on the green east/west line. I'd recommend arriving from Nicoll highway station if you have luggage as it's an easier walk and mostly covered if it's raining. Hotel has a good restaurant. It's also across from a small hawker center (street food) and a small 7/11. There is a rooftop pool with good city views. If you've ever stayed in a Premier Inn in the UK it feels very similar. Although a nice modern Premier Inn. Bed is a bit hard but that seems to be common in Asia. A/C is great. Bottled water is provided each day in the fridge in the room.

Well located
This is a well located hotel in Singapore. It has a gym and pool and there is an excellent Hawker opposite. It is close to many of the attractions after a walk.

The evening dining and bar facilities closed relatively early and the prices were quite high. There did not appear to be many people using the evening dining and bar as a consequence. Not a lot of ambience if you are the only 2 people in the bar.

We stayed for 2 nights here, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the train station less than a five minute walk away. Just perfect for our requirements!

The worst hotel ever!
We have had the worst experience at this hotel, (I am a frequent traveller so I would have a good idea). Cons: 1) Mould in the bathroom, white marks on the tiles, looked like pubic hair in the shower area, and near the sink 2) House cleaning are appalling, for example they do Not vacuum/hoover the floor in the room, they do not change bed linen, don't wash, clean the bathroom, hence the room becomes very dirty, dusty and untidy 3) Dust is left on the tea tray in the room 4) Don't get complimentary water everyday (meant to get at least 2 bottles) 5) Strange smell in the room 6) Metro right next to the hotel, so it's very loud constantly, no peace and quiet 7) Breakfast options are very limited, and its not tasty, it's very poor 8) Every time you call reception, the lady receptionist sounds very distressed on the phone, almost like you have disturbed her from doing something important 9) No staff to take luggage to your room, we were on the 10th floor! It's all self service 10) Gym is extremely tiny, dumbells max weight is only 10 kg 11) Room size is very small, not fit for a family or even 2 people (we were 2 parents with a baby) This is really a zero star hotel, and no way near 4 stars! (Definitely no pros)

The hotel was located close to MRT and walking distance to Suntec City & Merlion Park, but there's a bit of roadworks going on in the area so a bit inconvenient. The room was nice but the bed was not comfortable, the mattress felt like it was on a lean. The rooftop pool had a great view of the city, however there were no pool towels when we went for a swim in the evening & none again in the morning. My husband rang to let them know but half an hour in the pool, still no towels so we had to dry off on the loungers. The hotel has a self service laundry which was great as we had a lot of washing to get done. $16 for 2 tokens (one for washing machine & one for drier). Overall our stay was ok.
