We stayed a few times with this resort . It’s nice, clean enough and great area around , including resort itself. Room was far away a little and we didn’t know it’s somewhere on the back , before we had booked same rooms but stayed with better view . All we missed that the Expedia VIP status and perks. Usually recognized and participated resorts are always do free upgrades, late check out, parking or breakfast, as this is party of booking through Expedia , and this resort /hotel is recognized as one of Expedia VIP participant, but on front desk lady told us they don’t work with Expedia and if we want something we should to pay for it , well there was no point to complain, as this has to be between Expedia and hotels participants , so they clarify such things and don’t put people in confusion from both sides !!! Otherwise we had a good time .

The room upkeep was great. Findind my room quite difficult took about 25 minutes once on the property. The security guard wasnt very helpful limited english . Once i figured it out it was 2 minutes from the security gate the guard was at. Theres alot of different rooms there. They give you a map but the resort is quite large.

No elevator to my room app 15 steep steps, they were small in width , different heights. No one to help with luggage. Waited over 20 min for a shuttle to our room and he took us to the wrong place and left us. They are towel crazy can’t have extra towel. Must give a towel card to get your towel and return towel by 5 pm, pool closes at 9, if you do not return to collect your card you must hold onto wet towel to change for new one the next time the towel places open. 1 towel person was very nasty. There are a few pools, didn’t have time to get to towel place had to get a receipt from another person to check out or you’ll be charged for the towels. No coffee in my room, had to move all the furniture to open Murphy bed then couldn’t move in the room, too tight with all the furniture. Did not look like that in the picture when I booked the room
