We love this hotel. We stay always at this hotel. The property nice. Our villa B418 sooo good. The only thing that was a little difficult for me, was that we have to park far. It wasn't easy for us. Both of us has walking problem. But it was ok. Thank you for everything.

The location was beautiful. The resort is on a hill and not all rentals are near the beach. There is quite a walk down and up a hill to get to the beach front. There needs to be more flexibility with check-in/check-out to accommodate people travelling long distances. Housekeeping and grounds crew were very nice but the lobby staff and security was not.

The food and service at La Patrona along with room service was excellent! Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the resort was very wonderful. I would recomment to all to stay here when visiting St. Martin

My safe was not working well when I arrived. I had to ask maintenance to make it work,. Two times after that i had the same problem. I had to ask for bathtowels during 3 days because the person that had to do the room, on 3 ocassions had forgotten to put enough clean towels in the room. The roads at the premises are abominable, full of craters on the road. The many stairs we had to climb each time were disgusting.

Superb destination. Clean and friendly staff Al over. Wonder ocean side room. Private Beach is relaxing and beach bar has good food and drinks. Breakfast is also delicious. I'd definitely do it again.
