Welcome to Villa Peace, a spacious and tranquil villa located in the peaceful parish of Pêra, ideal for those seeking comfort and serenity just a short drive from the beaches and main amenities of the Algarve. This property offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience, making it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, and an elegant dining room. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin suite with a private bathroom also equipped with a bathtub.

On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a twin bedroom, and a shared bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area of Villa Peace is equally charming, with a large barbecue area and an outdoor dining table, perfect for relaxing moments with family and friends. The private pool is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful space to enjoy the sun and the serene surroundings. There is also private parking for up to 5 cars.

Starting in March 2025, guests will be able to enjoy even more luxury amenities, including a heated pool, further enhancing the level of relaxation and enjoyment during their stay.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and they do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us with an inquiry before proceeding with the booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Having a heated pool is always an added benefit for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than without heating.

Check-in time: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, flexibility may be offered during the low season).

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (although flexibility may be offered during the low season).

Group security deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Pricing

Prices are for up to 8 people.
For the 9th to the 12nd guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€105 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a cot is available for €21 each, per week.
